Add documentation for Linear project description parameter feature request

Overview

This PR adds documentation for a feature request to enhance the linear_create_project tool by adding support for project descriptions.

Changes

1. Added a new feature request document (docs/feature-requests/linear-project-description.mdx) that outlines:

   • Current functionality of the linear_create_project tool
   • Proposed enhancement to add a description parameter
   • Implementation details and benefits

2. Updated docs/docs.json to include the new feature request document in the navigation

3. Updated the Linear integration documentation (docs/integrations/linear.mdx) to mention the upcoming enhancement

Background

This feature request was identified based on user feedback where users reported being unable to add descriptions to projects when creating them through Codegen. Adding this parameter would improve the user experience by allowing users to create fully-documented projects in a single operation.

Next Steps

The actual implementation of this feature would require updating the Linear tools implementation to add the description parameter to the linear_create_project tool.
