Summary
Adds in a new script
scripts/firebase-admin/runScrapersByCourt.tsand modifies existing scripts and scrapers to be run for arbitrary courts while retaining their original interfaces and functionality.Addresses Issue #2107
Steps to test/reproduce
Running the script locally while pointed at the dev environment should work, as long as the updated functions are loaded in Firebase.
For example:
yarn firebase-admin -e dev run-script runScrapersByCourt.ts --court 191 --concurrency 3Bills should start flowing in to the collection under generalCourts, and the batches should be visible in the
/scrapers/bills/batchescollection.
