fix(support): run Gmail pipeline synchronously on poll#3541

Queued triage jobs were never processed without a queue worker, so dry-run emails never sent. Add support:gmail:diagnose for production troubleshooting. Co-authored-by: Cursor <cursoragent@cursor.com>
