closes https://linear.app/ghost/issue/NY-946 This adds a sniper link button to the OTC flow, which you can see on signup. We'll likely change this UI a bit before GA.
*This change should have no user impact.* Previously, `init()` called `setup()` with an unnecessary argument. Now, it inlines `setup()` and removes it. I think this is clearer, and it also sidesteps the unnecessary argument.
