Previously, only `FETCH <count>` was supported. This adds handling for: - FETCH NEXT (returns 1 row) - FETCH FORWARD [count] (returns count rows, or 1 if omitted) - FETCH ALL / FETCH FORWARD ALL (returns all remaining rows)
Centralizes generic-pool usage in @cubejs-backend/shared with a Pool wrapper that provides enhanced timeout error messages including the pool name. Drivers now import Pool from shared instead of using generic-pool directly.
…codeEncodeError (#10378) Without LANG and LC_ALL set to C.UTF-8, embedded Python in Docker containers fails with "UnicodeEncodeError: 'ascii' codec can't encode character" when outputting non-ASCII characters. This adds the locale environment variables to all Dockerfiles that run Python code at runtime.
