Geosynchronous orbit schema added. Geostationary orbit can be generated from geosynchronous by specifying inclination = 0.

Hesitant to add a new dependency (astropy) unless there is a good reason (recognizing that astropy is currently a dependency for skyfield). It appears to be used for computing sidereal time. Skyfield appears to have similar capabilities, though the units would need to be converted from hours to degrees (multiply by 15). Any issue using the Skyfield interface?

That is a fair point, let me try it out with Skyfield and push another commit
