This PR includes various scripts (found in
utils.py) for use in the ML models present in other PRs. This includes, for example, data visualization (PCA), hyperparameter optimization (utils.run_hyperopt), and ML training techniques (utils.cross_validationandutils.EarlyStopping).Note that some tests found in
test_models.pywill be removed from here and migrated to their respective PRs.
