Nodejs v18.x reached End-of-Life
Node v18.x is removed from nodejs-buildpack. This PR will provide solution to a list of previous PRs:
Node.js Buildpack v1.8.39 uses Node.js 18.x.x which reached EOL on April 30, 2025 #839
