- y-partyserver: no more chunking messages

Refactors scripts/typecheck.ts to provide clearer output for each project, handle errors more gracefully, and summarize failures. Also updates the release workflow to use 'npm ci' for more reliable installs. Minor formatting changes in a generated env.d.ts file.
