This is a pretty large change that adds/fixes the following: * Add a websocket endpoint that emits periodic stats (useful for displaying in a dashboard) * Refactor webapp dashboard to show more useful information * Add sync tools button in the bashboard * Add a simple wizzard to help users get started with defining an endpoint, credentials, a repo/org/enterprise, a pool/scale set * Cache package fixes * A basic TUI that shows an overview similar to what we see in the webapp dashboard.
