fix: publish Claude plugin as clone-loop in clone-labs

Summary

• Publishes the Claude Code plugin as clone-loop inside the clone-labs marketplace.
• Updates README and installer commands to use clone-loop@clone-labs.
• Moves the default Claude plugin data dir to clone-loop-clone-labs while reading legacy clone-clone-loop and clone-clone-labs auth files.
