Did a fair amount of research, and decided on a combination of [MDN's example] (https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/HTML/Reference/Elements/a#skip_links) and [WebAIM's example] (https://webaim.org/techniques/css/invisiblecontent/#skipnavlinks) Fixes issue chimera-linux#32 Tested locally and it worked as expected.
