Add tracking of the last workflow run timestamp for each project version. This complements the existing workflow_run_count field by providing temporal information about when the most recent run occurred. Changes: - Add last_run_at field to ProjectVersion Ent schema - Update WorkflowRunRepo to set timestamp on new runs - Add LastRunAt field to biz.ProjectVersion struct - Update data conversion to include new field - Create batched backfill migration for existing data The backfill migration processes project versions in batches of 1000 to avoid performance impact on large datasets.
