Engine Interface Extensions

• MatchesParameters: Evaluates if evaluation parameters match expected parameters using policy-defined logic
• MatchesEvaluation: Evaluates if a policy evaluation result matches requirements using policy-defined logic

Implementation Details

• Added evaluateMatchingRule helper method for boolean rule evaluation
• Introduced new input constants: expectedArgs and evalResult for rule context
• Added MatchesParameters - it creates an input evaluation object containing:
  args - evaluation parameters
  expected_args - expected parameters
  Default Behavior: Returns false on any parsing or evaluation errors.
• Added MatchesEvaluation - it creates an input evaluation object containing:
  args - evaluation parameters
  evaluation_result - full evaluation data
  This enables policies to implement complex matching logic based on evaluation result.
  Default Behavior: Returns true on any parsing or evaluation errors.
