cancelled previous jenkins job to make way for a new job with suse-15 and cfbs version fixes which should make jenkins/CI pretty green.

rhel-9 and deb-12 failures are flakes, suse-15 needs the same patch as I made for 3.21 at #1870, will cherry pick here once that works.
