- Remove overkill: Cloudflare docs, Gemini files, complex agents
- Add Boris's patterns: verify-app agent, code-simplifier, /commit-push-pr
- Add PostToolUse hook for auto-formatting Swift and web files
- Simplify CLAUDE.md to beginner-friendly version
- Update timezone to Paris, add Xcode tools to permissions
