In my lack of git experience, I deleted my fork and made a new one.

Reworked only the SUSE changes.

Removed duplicate yaml dockument start in install-thinlinc-suse.yml

SUSE Tumbleweed moved pam configuration for sshd to /usr/lib/pam.d/sshd, thinlinc need this to be in /etc/pam.d/sshd. Extending this task to locate pam.d/sshd in /usr/etc/pam.d/sshd and /usr/lib/pam.d/sshd.

Do we need to keep support for /usr/etc/pam.d/sshd? Isn't that just Tumbleweed systems that haven't been upgraded yet?

Maybe keep /usr/etc just in case they switch back :-)

Thank you for your contribution! We have seen this update in SLE 16 Beta, so we are leaning towards including this change, but we will wait until the actual release of SLE 16 this autumn.
