This PR adjusts the exception handling for the preprocessor. This PR removes the exceptions that are thrown when a dataset doesnt have a match and instead continue, returning the original dataset. This exception is an error in this case and should continue
to test: run the cg00019 data from #1345 --either of the datasets as this behavior was for the datasets without suppquals and are in both sets marcelina provided
