  • core: Updated the behaviour of contractFilename to be controlled by changedContracts, to match contractDir. This is a breaking change, as previously it assumed that overwriting contracts was forbidden with an explicit filename
  • core: Now writing a new contract for the first time requires changedContracts=OVERWRITE
