This branch fixes the build by:

  • using a forked version of jsii-pacmak with this fix.

It also:

  • includes some small changes while debugging jsii-pacmak
  • adds the jsii java package to the code-ql java build too (which will allow compiles while there are breaking changes in the dsl packages that haven't been released yet).

We can return to the mainline jsii-pacmak release when this issue is resolved.
