🚨 Severity: MEDIUM
πŸ’‘ Vulnerability: The ~/.cacheout directory was created without explicit restrictive permissions.
🎯 Impact: If created with default permissive permissions, local users could potentially read sensitive cleanup logs or manipulate the directory contents.
πŸ”§ Fix: Enforced 0o700 permissions via FileManager attributes during directory creation, and added setAttributes to handle pre-existing directories.
βœ… Verification: ./scripts/test.sh executed (failed locally due to lack of xcodebuild in environment, but code builds logically).

PR created automatically by Jules for task 16501753678789997097 started by @acebytes

Enforced 0o700 permissions via FileManager attributes during log directory creation in CacheCleaner.swift. Included setAttributes to harden pre-existing directories as well.
