Looks like it didn't rebuild the plugins 🤨. I'm going to see if I can revert #1068 since I suspect that's the problem. |

Description of the change
Updates rquickjs to v0.11. I've also bumped the major versions of
javyandjavy-plugin-apiso users know to bump their import namespaces.Why am I making this change?
We want to keep dependencies up-to-date.
