Pull request overview
Updates the Custom Approval documentation to reflect the newer, condition-driven approval-flow model (source types, ordered evaluation, and “no approval required” support), replacing the older risk-level routing explanation.
Changes:
- Rewrites the overview/key features to emphasize condition-based routing, first-match-wins ordering, and optional approval skipping.
- Documents approval-flow source types (Change Database / Create Database / Export Data / Request Role / Fallback) and how flows are evaluated.
- Adds a configuration walkthrough with condition/CEL authoring guidance and example rules.
