Both sundials and pvode define these symbols.
gccemitted some warnings, thus I fixed it.As namespaces are no good with defines, we need to rename, and with only PVODE under our control, here we go.
I am however a bit confused how that happened. The sundials defines are in
sundials_direct.h, which is included bysundials_band.handsundials_dense.h- none of which seems to be included anywhere ... 😕
