Update CMakeLists.txt for newer CMAKE_EXPERIMENTAL_CXX_IMPORT_STD

Problem:

• CMake 4.0.3 changed the UUID we need.

Solution:

• Update the UUID

Alternatively, we could choose one of the following:
a) branch on cmake version, rather than assuming the latest cmake.
b) require the user to set the UUID, instead of updating this library each time cmake changes the uuid (until it is no longer marked as experimental).
