Update
bitcoind_rpc/CHANGELOG.mdin preparation for release and bump the version in Cargo.toml to0.22.1. Also removed examples/ directory to facilitate CI and because the example crates aren't actively maintained on this branch. This is a patch release that ships a fix in #2167 based onrelease/chain-0.23.x.Close #2206
