We're building the TrueNorth Neural Headset — a closed-loop BCI that detects and interrupts freezing of gait (FOG) in Parkinson's patients in real time. Unlike every prior system, we stimulate only when a freeze is confirmed (EEG intent + no EMG response), then stop the moment muscle activation is verified.
