Long overdue updates to main
Java Script structure of BCO Class implementation
- Filled in validate() functions for each class except for Utilities and ExtensionSchema - Added URI Class + validation(), changed URI strings to URI objects - added non-required arguments to Input, Output and SoftwarePrerequisites
Updates: - Script class added - All domain level validate() functions tested - Most lower level validate() functions tested - setter/getter methods added to classes - print functions added with rough functionality ideas - makeBCO() function and associated make() functions added to allow user to create a new BioCompute Class Object - make() functions roughly tested - validate() functions embedded in make functions
