Add documentation for the sections tool:

  • Link the private repo
  • Add sections about
    • Creating a sections tool instance (@pancakereport not super sure how this works, are you familiar with it?)
    • Configuring auth
    • Configuring course settings
    • Creating/updating sections
    • Enrolling students
    • Customization
