complete ESS-DIVE example updates for bertron schema

• Update YAML examples (00001-00003) with extended field structure including alt_names, part_of_collection, and coordinate sub-fields
• Create new YAML example (00004) for dataset entity type
• Add new JSON example file with simplified structure for all four entities
• Standardize entity examples across site and dataset types

This provides complete example data for ESS-DIVE bertron metadata.
