Use recently published wheels in testing.

Adds recently published wheels to the test set:

• lru-dict now publishes 3.14 wheels, including iOS and Android wheels; the internally published version is no longer needed.
• cryptography wheels are available for iOS on the BeeWare repo for 3.13 and 3.14
• Pillow wheels are available on PyPI for iOS
• pyspamsum now publishes 3.14 and Android wheels
• numpy wheels are available for iOS on the BeeWare repo for 3.13 and 3.14. These wheels are available in iOS 13 and iOS 17 variants; the 17 versions are accelerated so a min iOS version is applied to ensure they are selected.
