What does this change?
Adds in new icon that allows differentiation between Published and Unpublished images recevied from Capture/Photosales. New value will be transferred in the json sidecar and added to the archives metadata during ingest. This will then be available in the UI and expressed with 2 different icons
How should a reviewer test this change?
Ensure that images from Capture represent the Published state of the image correctly.
