Tested on the latest rolling release of Garuda Linux. Like EndeavourOS, Garuda moved to using dracut a few months ago.
Perhaps a single check for dracut existing in /usr/bin would be fine. I'm not sure if checking the OS is necessary, but I'm not in a position to find out.
