Updates the Omarchy skill routing metadata and documentation to broaden when the skill should apply to end-user customization, while simplifying the markdown by removing an explicit “must be used” section.
Changes:
- Expanded the metadata description to include edits to any
~/.config/files and added/reshaped trigger examples. - Reflowed/rewrote the trigger list and wording in the frontmatter description.
- Removed the “When This Skill MUST Be Used” section from the doc body.

Removed a section in the skill that defines the rules for invocation. However, an agent has already decided to use the skill before reading this section by evaluating the frontmatter description. Made sure that the frontmatter description fully represents the removed guidance.
