This PR adds a validate_flashblocks_env.sh helper under reth/ to catch common misconfigurations before the node is started. The script verifies that NODE_TYPE, NETWORK_ENV and RETH_FB_WEBSOCKET_URL are set, enforces NODE_TYPE=base for Base Reth, and performs a lightweight sanity check on the Flashblocks websocket URL. This is intended to be wired into operational runbooks or container entrypoints to reduce misconfigured node startups.
