Largely authored by claude, with manual package.json updates. This combined with the changes on the corresponding react-app branch electron-move-rnfs-compat move the compatbility layer completely over to this repo.
Tested deployed locally in react-app with the electron dev server and
react native inside of the iOS simulator.nevermind this doesn't work
