v1.0.1 upstreamed bindgen integration and Cargo.lock updates, breaking all existing patches due to context changes in build.rs and Cargo.toml. Changes: - 0001: Reduced to only timespec blocklist/portable struct (bindgen invocation now upstream) - 0002: Regenerated for new ipc.rs context (arm-only, c_long fix) - 0003: Regenerated for new Cargo.toml layout (cdylib crate-type) - 0004: Was Cargo.lock update, now dropped (upstreamed). Renumbered old 0005 (disable strip) to 0004. - Added PATCHES.md documenting purpose and status of each patch. Signed-off-by: Richard Elberger <elberger@amazon.com>
