  1. Deleted dev configs which the changes were already covered in another change. E.g. Add GetObjectResponse to TransferUtilityDownloadResponse mapping is covered under dev config "Added DownloadWithResponse method to the Amazon.S3.Transfer.ITransferUtility interface. The new operation supports downloading in parallel parts of the S3 object to a file for improved performance."
  2. Make wording of other dev configs consistent
