Description of changes
This PR adds a complete Amplify Gen1 starter template for building a mood board application with visual boards, mood items with images, a random emoji generator, and Kinesis analytics for tracking user interactions. Includes comprehensive setup documentation for recreating the backend infrastructure and serves as a migration test case for Gen1 to Gen2 tooling with analytics support.
