Upgrade Microsoft.AspNetCore, EntityFrameworkCore, and related dependencies to 10.0.1 across all projects. Update Serilog, TestableIO, and test dependencies to latest versions. Remove custom Swagger configuration and related files, simplifying to default setup. Refactor and clean up code, including using directives and extension method constraints, to align with .NET 8 best practices and improve maintainability. Add AStar.Dev.Source.Generators to AStar.Dev.Web.
