  • add "rust-toolchain.toml" from arceos-org/arceos
  • update .github/workflows/ci.yml to the new toolchain file
  • verify CI passes

This crate even compiles successfully with the stable toolchain, why we need to fix the toolchain version?

This change is part of the OSCamp-2025spring assignment, I’ll follow up with additional PRs to improve the documentation and add tests.
