What changes were proposed in this pull request?
Added unit test cases for TagSync components (HA initializer, config, metrics, sources, sink, Atlas utils).
Covered initialization, lifecycle methods, configuration handling, and edge cases.
Updated pom.xml to include Mockito JUnit Jupiter and inline dependencies.
How was this patch tested?
Ran all unit tests using JUnit 5 and Mockito.
Verified successful execution with all tests passing.
Build with mvn clean compile package install.
