Motivation

pulsar-io-solr currently depends on Jetty 10.0.24 via the jetty10.version property.

Jetty HTTP/2 (including DNS over HTTPS) is affected by CVE-2025-5115, which is fixed in Jetty 10.0.26.

To remediate this vulnerability and eliminate the security warning reported by dependency scanners, this PR upgrades Jetty from 10.0.24 → 10.0.26 in the pulsar-io-solr module.

<jetty10.version>10.0.26</jetty10.version>

in pulsar-io/solr/pom.xml.

No other dependencies or modules were modified.
