What is the purpose of the change

Sync Debezium DBZ-9428 / PR #7004: Add REPLACE INTO to DML statement filtering in handleQueryEvent.

When pt-table-checksum sets session-level binlog_format=STATEMENT, REPLACE INTO statements are sent as QueryEvent and were not filtered, causing them to be incorrectly parsed as DDL and crashing the connector.

Brief change log

• Add DML_REPLACE_PREFIX constant and extract isDmlStatement() method using startsWith() for robust DML detection
• Update Strings.getBegin length from 7 to 8 for "REPLACE " prefix
• Use parameterized logging instead of string concatenation
• Add integration test simulating pt-table-checksum scenario
