…WorkflowInstanceDao Encapsulate WorkflowInstanceMapper behind WorkflowInstanceDao so the api layer depends only on the repository abstraction. Add 11 methods to WorkflowInstanceDao: queryDetailById, countWorkflowInstanceStateByProjectCodes, updateWorkflowInstanceByTenantCode, updateWorkflowInstanceByWorkerGroupName, queryByTenantCodeAndStatus, queryByWorkerGroupNameAndStatus, queryTopNWorkflowInstance, queryWorkflowInstanceListPaging, queryByWorkflowDefinitionCodeAndStatus, queryByWorkflowDefinitionCode, queryByTriggerCode. All delegate straight to the mapper preserving existing signatures and return types. Tracking issue: apache#18249
