Based on Apache Camel Branch spring-boot-4.0.
@cunningt edit, 2/10/2026 : This PR represents the upgrade to Spring Boot 4.0.2 and JUnit 6.
The tests on this PR will not pass until the camel PR 20055 is merged, but locally I have built against the apache/camel spring-boot-4.0 branch and everything builds and all tests pass.
