Block Group Descriptor Table

The block group descriptor table is an array of block group descriptors, used to define parameters of every block group. It is located in the block after the superblock - block 1.

| 8 | 11 | 4 | Starting block address of inode table |
| 12 | 13 | 2 | Number of unallocated blocks in group |
| 14 | 15 | 2 | Number of unallocated inodes in group |
| 16 | 17 | 2 | Number of directories in group |
