Read the tax percentage that is used to get the Ceepos cost center code from the order line instead of the reservation. Also refactor the code slightly. Refs STAM-29

Read the tax percentage that is used to get the Ceepos cost center code from the order line instead of the reservation. Also refactor the code slightly. This fixes the accounting Excel and CSV reports that can be exported from Varaamo.
