Remove jcenter to support Gradle 9 and React Native 0.82. `jcenter` has been removed in Gradle 9: https://docs.gradle.org/current/userguide/upgrading_major_version_9.html#removal_of_deprecated_jcenter

@amitaymolko I know you are looking for maintainers and probably not looking at this lib very often, but it would be really awesome if you could review this one to get rid of just-another-rn-patch 😄 |
