Removes [uuid](https://github.com/uuidjs/uuid). It's no longer used after updating ancestor dependencies [uuid](https://github.com/uuidjs/uuid), [cypress](https://github.com/cypress-io/cypress) and [joomla-cypress](https://github.com/joomla-projects/joomla-cypress). These dependencies need to be updated together.
